Refund Policy

While it is not the practice of St. Peter’s Fireside to return gifts once they are made, we do acknowledge instances in which a gift is made in error. Event payments are refundable should said event be cancelled by St. Peter’s Fireside. If you are unable to attend an event you have already paid for, St. Peter’s Fireside may be able to refund your payment. Please contact to inquire.

Terms & Conditions

Currency: All donations/payments are in Canadian dollars.

Tax Receipts: Tax receipts for receiptable donations are issued according to Canada Revenue Agency guidelines at the end of each year and mailed in February. Please contact if you did not receive your receipt.

Recurring Payments: To change or cancel a recurring payment, please log in to your St. Peter’s Church Center Account or contact our administrative staff at Changes may take up to 10 business days to process.

Designated Funds: Spending of funds is confined to church board-approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated toward such an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by the organization, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where needed most.
